I champion the people who make the creative industry what it is.

I find people work, mentor and coach them when they need direction, and advocate for the talent that struggles to get in or stay.

I've recruited hundreds of creatives for UK agencies and brands. That experience means I understand how creative businesses are built, what makes teams thrive, and what gets in the way. But my work has always been about more than placing people. It's about what happens to them once they're there.

For the past decade, I’ve led the creative industry’s largest mentoring programme for women -  Who's Your Momma. Alongside this, I’ve spent seven years designing and delivering back-to-work programmes for women and disabled creatives with Creative Equals and five years on the board of Creative Mentor Network, helping more young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds find a way in.

I'm also a certified coach, and I care deeply about who gets to work in this industry, who gets to stay, and who gets to thrive.
